Choosing You While You Choose: When You’re Not Sure About Parenthood
Are you sitting with the quiet (or not-so-quiet) question of whether parenthood is something you want — or can — choose? This workshop is a space to pause, reflect, and centre yourself in the midst of that uncertainty.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to care for yourself while navigating complex, tender terrain. Through gentle prompts, creative reflection, and practical tools, we’ll make space for the in-between — the not-knowing — as a valid and worthy part of your path.
This session is designed for women and non-binary people who are holding this question in any form. You don’t need to have answers. You don’t need to be at any particular stage. You just need to be you, as you are.
You’ll leave with
A personal “care menu” for resourcing yourself in the now
Reflection tools and prompts to support your ongoing process
A feeling (we hope) of being held, heard, and not alone
Come exactly as you are. You are welcome here.
