Become a matron saint

M/Others who Make supports female and non-binary people to sustain their creative identities alongside holding caring roles. A ‘patron’ is someone who offers funds from on high, and the word derives from the latin, ‘pater,’ for father, so as a non-hierarchical, mother-led movement, we thought we would re-invent the term. We offer you, instead, the Matronage Scheme.

This is our membership programme, which you can join for as little as £3 a month, and which gives you:

  • Free access to our monthly international peer support group

  • Free access to our online platform for sharing work - the M/Other Den

  • Half price access to our popular MWM Peer Mentoring Programme

  • The ability to apply for a place on the M/Other Lab Project - an opportunity, coming soon, that will pay and support you to make a piece of work.

  • Early access to booking places on creative workshops, MWM Specials and all of the above listed opportunities.

We will be growing our membership offer more in the coming months - you will even get a badge! What’s not to like?!
