Freeing the Inner Voice – Body & Expression: A Workshop for Carers of Every Kind
When we care for others, it’s easy to lose sight of ourselves. When we hold our loved ones close, we may forget to listen inwardly. This workshop offers a gentle space to reconnect — to pause and listen to your own inner voice: what you like, what you don’t, what brings you joy or discomfort, what you truly want or need. Through simple movement, voice, words, and presence, we’ll explore how to connect deeply with ourselves and gently release our authentic expression.
I warmly invite you to join me on this journey.
